Hello there ..how are you?I want to ask all the fz6-s or -n owner's about the tps problem. Here in greece a lot of people have changed the TPS (some guys second time!!)Is the situation in Italy the same? What your engineers tell you? Here they say that is all a matter of false material.

Yes Sir!
You are talking with one of the first users who changed the TPS.
Here we estimate that roughly 40% of FZ6 bought on 2004 had problems with this sensor.
The Assistance Service says that is a bad batch of sensors, but I believe that such problem should be taken into account seriously from Yamaha due to safety involvement of this piece.
Many people suffered of sudden engine shut-up and this situation as you can imagine can be dramatic if it happens in the middle of 4 way street or other situations.
It would have been better to call back all the bikes, in my opinion.
However, money is money and since nobody claims legally this topic nothing will happen. :?
